Hey there and welcome to Minus The Gym! This channel is dedicated to TRUE health and fitness, meaning exercise and nutrition practices that are designed to heal the body internally, promote better movement, improve looks, reduce pain and promote longevity.
My name is Ryan Sadilek. I have 20 years of experience in fitness and nutrition. I'm a Certified Personal Trainer (ACE-CPT), Functional Training Specialist (ACE-FTS) and Fitness Nutrition Specialist (ACE-FNS). I'm here on UA-cam to share my story of how I healed my body from several chronic diseases and issues (hypertension, IBS, hemorrhoids, acne, weak immunity and more) through proper nutrition and exercise. Trust me, what's taught in the mainstream is based almost solely on vanity. It throws caution to the wind and sacrifices health and longevity for sex appeal. So I'm here to teach you balance; fitness that heals inside and out.
Thanks for stopping by! Subscribe and tune in again if you enjoy the content :)

If You Sit For Work, You NEED These Stretches

They target the hip flexors, the biggest internal rotators of the torso and your spinal mobility. Of course, each of us is different and other stretches may be necessary, depending on the individual. A groin stretch, some neck stretches (SCM and levator scapulae), and ...

BaseBar Pro vs. Original | What's The Difference?
Extremely strong. I could do 18 freestanding handstand pushups and I was one of few in my entire country.
I iuwst opened the goji berries bag, and they’re very dry and crispy lol is this how they are meant to be??
How about the Superman wheel.
Thank you for the video, and your kindness. It is greatly appreciated.
Mr Sins Neck workout
Thank you!
I am 98 kg, and I have a physical test after a month.. I hope this will work
The massage roller thingy is a game changer. I don't know why I never thought of that! Great video.
Any suggestions to work up to L-sit? That’s the one I cannot do at all.
Can swimming be done on your active rest day?
Absolutely! Swimming is the best cardio, if you ask me. You could do it every day if you want and use the right intensity.
Hey there! Can you make a video on few exercises that targets the whole body symmetry Please...
I was using an ab wheel from a standing position. I would bend down, roll out, then back and then stand back up. I did this twice a week for the first week with no problems, but yesterday, I felt a sudden, sharp pain in the left side of my abdomen. I hope I didn't give myself a hernia.
Aaye Johny 😊
9:15 For increasing difficulty on this one i would recommend trying to hold it with a straight back and hands reaching forward
8:40 you can try working you flexibility to complete the movement to a bridge, by rotating the hand you are leaning on, and then continue to the other side, that can be fun ❤
dont they heat the beats in order to make the powder form of it? i rather just eat them raw
Pretty much everything on that list. I got off of caffeine for a week and everything improved especially my sleep and my attitude and there was no afternoon caffeine crash. I did not miss that at all. Unfortunately, I ran out of chai. So I’m back on coffee temporarily looking for a stable solution.
Although this is a bit expensive compared to what I was looking at. It's really nice that it can be put away a lot easier since space is a bit limited.
3:45 I got so distracted by the cute doggo lol
God bless you Johnny sinn
what ring exercises can be done on this?
Dips, L-sits, pull ups, chin ups, rows, push ups, front levers, skin the cat and one arm chins. Those are the ones I’ve trained on it.
@@MinusTheGym nice. and it doesn't feel like the tower will fall over?
woww L sits huh? I like it!!!!
Thank you so much, your exercise routines are a great help to me.
A modification for the tuck jump would be to bring knees up one at a time (I believe it's called knee highs ). Even as a child I couldn't jump so I do knee highs or stand on my tippy toes if I want to jump. Also had both my knees replaced so I don't want to damage them.
getting into working out i feel like this is a game changer and will really help me get more fit. Form is key!
He looks like Johny Sins 😂
1 week and I finally mastered this💪 thx man
Where are his hairs??? Between his scapula 😂😂😂
Awesome info
Thank u for this. Awesome channel btw
I gave up with the whole "rep range" thing ...I've been lifting for nearly 20yrs now .....one day about 4 months ago I was working my arms going through the usual exercises but this time I just decided to not count reps ....I done as many biceps curls as I could for as many sets as I could then the same with my triceps, brachealus and fore arms ..by the end of my workout I could barley lift my arms but I had the best pump I've ever had so I've continued this way of training for the past few months ..I feel stronger I'm more vascular all round I just feel better .
Yes thats the correct was to try and keep your elbows as close to your sides as you can its great form great video 😊
If you want to make a inverted row equipment well if you can get hold of 2 Zimmer frames the same size then extend the legs on the Zimmer frames then get a brush handle and put this stick in between the 2 Zimmer frames and tie wrap the stick on top of the Zimmer frames in the middle and your done do wide grip rows on this it works as good as anything. old people have Zimmer's around there house to help them walk you see them a lot in charity shops to also you can use the frame around the toilet which helps them up from the toilet be sure to sterilize it first! here's how extend the legs on it lower yourself down lift your legs up and you can do great dips on that use stuff around your house to use as gym equipment it's cheaper by far and works just as well 😊
why convict conditioning says frog stand on step 2? what should i do now? frog stand as first exercise or wall headstand
2:18 1st progression 2:37 2nd progression 3:01 making easier 3:36 stretches to help out
Thank you so much it helped me a lot ❤😊🎉
ah dang this is three years ago...i gotta check if you still rocking and rolling>hell yeah..ima check all vids. good stuff
thank you becoming a master, and then a teacher. sometimes its so hard to show this transition in all levels. thank you sir.
thanks total new outlook for my new bars!!
isnt the 4 th set dangerous for beginners? can t you hurt your wrists?
Thanks
What size roller should I use?
So much nonsense here .
Great video! It helped me decide it was a good piece of equipment. On a side note, for Europe most equipment is not available or with ridiculous high shipment cost. But this I could order without shipment cost directly from Europe!
Great! I’m glad it helped 👍 Hopefully you got the 10% off with the link, too
So can i gtg for arms and legs every day or do i still need a split
It’s fine to do it every day as long as it’s sub maximal. I wouldn’t recommend training to failure with that high of volume every day
Who else thought he was gonna recommend the saitama regiment?
How much time?
Great content!
Beautiful video, thank you. Very clearly explained.
